In order for our time together to be more productive, please fill out the questionnaire below and submit your design via prototype, print, picture or 3D model form.

After we have received the answers to the questionnaire along with the prototype, print or 3D model, Ideal can determine if the part as designed is moldable. If not, we can provide design services to modify the part as needed. This design will be forwarded back to you as a PDF print to be approved and signed off on. If you see something you want to change, the process begins again with updating as directed. Another PDF print will be provided for approval.
